Skills Requirement

• • Preferably from the Real Estate Industry or any industry with outbound selling (calling) experience.
  • Should have worked on sales targets/results-oriented environment 
  • Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette.
  • Should have very good convincing skills
  • Must Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi Need immediate joiners.

Role & Designation  

• To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target. 
• To achieve the target on a daily/Weekly basis.
• Convert leads to Customer Site Visits
• To explain our projects in detail to the Customers
• To answer customer queries Promptly
• Able to coordinate with the Sales team to fix appointments for Customers.
• Good in escalating calls to the next level in case support is required.
• Able to address customers’ concerns and suggest respective products.
• Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc.
• Adaptive to working on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances

Skills Requirement

• 4 - 8 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales. OR Hardcore-Sales experience from other Industries.
• Strong experience in direct sales.
• Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
• Ability to generate and convert leads to sales.
• Should have strong experience in sales closure.
• Knowing the local property market and experience in property pricing to find homes that match their clients' needs - preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Should guide the team in following the company’s policy, system, software & reports etc.
• Updating all necessary information in the ERP
• Delivering reports to the Management
• Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
• Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
• Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
• Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.
